This post-wedding session took place at one of Iceland’s most iconic locations — Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach — in early April, just after a passing rain. The stormy skies left behind dramatic clouds and an atmosphere so cinematic it felt like a scene from a fantasy film.
We spent around 1.5 hours exploring the dark, moody shoreline. The beach, glistening from the rain, made the black sand even richer in contrast — the perfect backdrop for her stunning white wedding dress and warm cape with a hood. She looked like a Nordic queen, walking along the edge of the roaring Atlantic with basalt cliffs and sea stacks towering in the distance.
The raw power of the scenery and the softness of their connection created something magical — windswept, romantic, and deeply emotional. A moment suspended in time on one of the most otherworldly beaches in the world.
